Anyone from 8 years of age and older can practice diving.
At what depth do you dive?
For uncertified individuals or beginners, the maximum depth is limited to no more than 12 meters (40 feet). For certified divers, the maximum depth for recreational diving is no more than 40 meters (130 feet), depending on the participant's experience and certification level.
How long does a diving session last?
The duration of a diving session depends on the depth and air consumption of each person. Generally, a dive can last between 30 and 60 minutes or more, depending on many factors
